Our Qualifications
Brenda Simonson-Mohle, ISA CAPP is certified with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). ISA CAPP is the highest level of accreditation. As an ISA member, Ms. Simonson-Mohle’s appraisals conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and to the Ethical Standards and Report Writing Standards of the International Society of Appraisers.
Ms. Simonson-Mohle received her ISA accreditation in 1990 and certification in 2000. Re-qualification, which ISA requires every five years, assures up-to-date familiarity with the latest changes in the law and ongoing professional development training. Link to Brenda’s qualifications →
